The goal of this deck is to try and cast Sephiroth, Planet’s Heir for as much value as he can get. With any luck you’ll get a good chunk of counters by the time he’s ready to be cast. Sephiroth’s Intervention is mostly for flavor, but by the time your Party Leader is on the board, targeted removal becomes very useful to further power him up.

This might be the most insane life gain deck that I’ve seen built for Limit Breaker. Between Aerith, Last Ancient and Restoration Magic paired together, the deck creates a consistently indestructible board state.

Noctis, Prince of Lucis is yet another graveyard abuse deck. There are several good Limit Break spells in the deck, but ultimately I chose Dreams of Laguna as easy card draw and graveyard filling, and Noctis will just bring back that sacrificed trash, so it’s pretty good.

Another Kuja, Genome Sorcerer spell slinging deck with a little more emphasis on creating wizards than Kuja’s Corner. Using Circle of Power as the Limit Break is a bit more tempo at the cost of losing a bit of life every cast.

G’raha Tia, Scion Reborn is a cat, and Swords to Plowshares sends people farming. Cast noncreature spells to make big heroes, and use lifelink to make up for the cost of life. It’s a delicate balance.

Jenova, Ancient Calamity and mommy’s special boy Sephiroth. Jenova’s Limit Break is Clash of the Eikons because the cheap fight lets you use a deathtouch creature as a suicide bomber. This will power up both Jenova’s mutant dying ability as well as transform Sephiroth into mommy’s little angel.

This is the other half of the Final Fantasy VII Limit Break commander deck, split off between Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER and Tifa, Martial Artist, rather than including both in the Limit Breaker edition. They felt like different enough mechanically that they fit in separate decks.
